Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At bsreservation.com, operated by BS Data Solution, we act as an independent intermediary between you and third-party airlines or travel suppliers. All refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline or third-party booking platform.

BS Data Solution does not issue airline tickets and does not control airline refund policies.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

• Most airline tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
   
• Some tickets may be eligible for partial refunds or travel credits, depending on the airline or booking provider.
   
• Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to support@bsreservation.com at least 24 hours before departure, subject to airline rules.
   

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–21 business days after receiving confirmation from the airline or booking platform.
   
• Any service or assistance fees charged by BS Data Solution are non-refundable, unless the booking error was directly caused by us.
   
• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original booking.
   

4. Cancellation by Airline or Supplier

If an airline cancels or reschedules your flight, we will assist you in exploring rebooking or refund options in accordance with the airline’s or third-party platform’s policies.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in or board your flight (a “no-show”) will generally result in the loss of the entire fare amount, subject to airline terms.
